Nick Kolterman, BOCPD
My name is Nick Kolterman and I am a board certified pedorthist. I have a very strong passion for what I do helping patients as a pedorthist. It is our job to work in reference with the physician or other licensed healthcare prescriber including MD, DC, DPM, PT and DO to help fabricate the correct orthotic, shoe or brace to help with feet, hip, back or knee problems. We evaluate all aspects of biomechanics.
As a Pedorthist we are the EXPERTS who design, manufacture, modify and fit footwear, including custom foot and ankle orthoses, to alleviate foot problems caused by disease, overuse, or injury.
My care toward the patient is treating you like I would treat one of my family. I look forward to helping you get back to health.
Hi, I'm Bob. I am a Certified Pedorthist and have been involved in the foot healthcare industry for over 20 years. I am originally from the northeast Ohio area. I relocated to Sioux Falls in 2016 to join the Fit My Feet team where I strive to utilize my "old school" experience and mix that with contemporary pedorthic theory and practice. My areas of interest include diabetes along with arthritic conditions and practice management.
Hi, I'm Nick (better known as "Pickles"). I am an American Board Certified Orthotic Assistant. I joined Fit My Feet in May 2017. In 2016, I received my degree in Orthotic and Prosthetics Technology from Century College in St. Paul, MN.
I have a diverse experience in many areas of orthotics and prosthetics. I have a specialized education in upper and lower extremity bracing from Ossur Academy. My areas of expertise include fabrication and fitting of AFO's (articulated foot orthosis), knee, spine, and wrist braces. I also fabricate many of our custom inserts here at Fit My Feet. I am passionate about working with people to help them pursue life to the fullest through orthotic and prosthetic care.
Hi, I'm Matt. Since joining the Fit My Feet family, I have discovered that lab work stimulates me intellectually and has allowed an outlet for providing client specific care and follow up. It is my sincere hope that my contributions lead to your ongoing foot health.
Hi everyone! My name is Kayli. After joining the Fit My Feet team in November 2017, I am nearing the completion of my therapeutic shoe fitter certification. I am setting my sights on a certification in Pedorthic Science. My past work experience includes working at Falls LLC focusing primarily on providing equipment, uniforms, alterations, and footwear for first responders in South Dakota. I am looking forward to helping you with all your foot health concerns and finding you the right footwear.
My name is Nicole. I am currently a shoe fitter at Fit My Feet. However, I am excited to complete my traning to become a certified Pedorthist. While my experience and education are mainly in the social services field, I previously worked in the shoe industry. I am thrilled to be a part of the Fit My Feet team and I feel that every person that visits us will enjoy our extensive service-oriented environment.
My name is Zeph and I am in training to become a Certified Shoe Fitter at Fit My Feet. Before beginning my journey at Fit My Feet, I spent seven years in sales in the shoe industry. I expected it to be more of the same "grab and go" shoe sales, but since then, I have realized that Fit My Feet is unique. There are not many, if any, "sit and fit" businesses with the primary goal of getting the patient what they NEED, versus just getting a customer what they want. At Fit My Feet, we are willing to go a few extra miles to ensure satisfaction by adjusting or modifying shoes and orthotics that will ensure a solid foundation and allow the patient to go a few extra miles. The atmosphere, culture, and core values are enough to motivate and excite me to get up and come to work to help make a difference in someone's life. I am very happy to be a part of the Fit My Feet team and looking forward to growing with the company while being a part of its continued success.
Hello, my name is Mary. I have been in the service world for 20+ years. I enjoy helping people young and old. Helping customers solve problems with their feet is my newest calling. I am a certified shoe fitter and will answer any question that arises, but if I don't know the answer, I will find the correct response for you and your needs.
Hi Everyone. My name is Sherry. I am the Office Manager/Insurance Specialist at Fit My Feet. My decision to come to work at Fit My Feet started out as just bringing my insurance skills to the company. However, my journey has transformed into much more. After spending a couple months here, I started working more with the Medicare Diabetic Shoe Program. I like the fact that we can offer the program to most Medicare patients. My dream job has always been to become an advocate, or more of a voice, for the geriatric community and here is one way I can fulfill that dream. I have found through the process that the geriatric community is not aware of the Medicare Diabetic Shoe Program, so I am elated when I can brighten their day that this program exists. Once a year I can start the process to provide them with diabetic shoes and diabetic inserts. I love working for a company that cares about EVERY CUSTOMER!
My name is Rhiannon. I was hired in November 2017 to do VA billing. I also make sure our veterans are getting exactly what they need in a timely manner. I have already learned so much and I'm eager to learn more! I really enjoy what I do and I am excited to see the company grow!
Hi, my name is McKeely. I came to Fit My Feet to extend on my customer service and office skills. I started at Fit My Feet on the sales floor and was quickly promoted to facilitate the Medicare program. I enjoy helping the geriatric community, giving them an opportunity to take advantage of the diabetic shoe program. I have also learned through the process that not many people know about the Medicare diabetic shoe program. I enjoy working here and being part of something that the geriatric community can benefit from.
Hello, I’m Kaitlin. I grew up in Michigan and decided early on in my life to go into healthcare. I love working with people and helping them feel better and because of this I chose to attend Barker College where I received my Associates of Applied Science as an orthotic technician and therapeutic shoe fitter. I love my job here at Fit My Feet because it allows me the opportunity to assist great people and use my technical skills to create custom insoles.
Hi, my name is Missy. I have been around the shoe and orthotic industry since I was born. I have worked with shoes and orthotics for 23 years. My goal is to bring my expertise to Fit My Fit, to learn more and advance with the company.
